If you have received an item that is defective or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@amulamodest.dk.

Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer change the delivery address. The package is sent to the address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in the address, please contact dao directly as soon as possible to see if the delivery can be changed to a nearby pickup point.
Also, please make sure that your name is on the mailbox or door. If the package cannot be delivered, it may in some cases be forwarded to a nearby pickup point.
